Evaluate date range and return the corresponding month and year

I have a column of dates like those shown below. I would like a formula that would evaluate the information and determine what month and year the date range is in.
The date range will always be in the same month/year. Thank you!

06/12/2024 - 06/16/2024 --> Jun-2024
06/12/2024 - 06/30/2024 --> Jun-2024
07/01/2024 - 07/01/2024 --> Jul-2024
07/03/2024 - 07/15/2024 --> Jul-2024
08/01/2024 - 08/10/2024 --> Aug-2024
08/05/2024 - 08/05/2024 --> Aug-2024
