Error when opening up OUTLOOK from Excel VBA

Hi

I recently have been receiving the below error message when trying to send an outlook email from within Excel

Recently upgraded to Excel 2019 from Excel 2016 when it always worked fine. Using an older version of Outlook either 2007 or 2010

When I run "Set Mail_Object = CreateObject("Outlook.Application")"

I receive an error message

Run Time Error '-2147221164 (80040154)

Class Not Registered"

Any suggestions?
