Error Referencing [VBIDE=VBE6EXT.OLB]

This error has just started appearing each time I open Excel:

Error Referencing [VBIDE=VBE6EXT.OLB]

Error Number:=91
Error Discrp:=Object variable or With block variable not set

You may have to manually set a reference to the [VBIDE=VBE6EXT.OLB]


Anybody know what this means and how to fix it?

It looks like it might be a Visual Basic error, but I've never accessed VB until I had to learn how to post a spreadsheet to this board a couple days ago...
