please help ,thanks

Excel Facts

Why are there 1,048,576 rows in Excel?
The Excel team increased the size of the grid in 2007. There are 2^20 rows and 2^14 columns for a total of 17 billion cells.
That's a standard message for having the wrong password regardless of text OR numbers.
Basically, you are using the wrong password.
We can't really help other than that.

Welcome to the MrExcel board!

If you are using the number keypad to enter the password, also check that you haven't accidentally pressed the numlock key. Test by trying to enter a number (via the number keypad) elsewhere (eg in an unlocked cell or in Notepad etc)
