Error Message = "Not Enough System Resources to Display Completely"

Hi,

When excel opens, a userform pops up and the user inputs his choices. If he closes the userform I am getting the error,

Error Message = "Not Enough System Resources to Display Completely"

This only happens the first time that the userform is opened and closed. Is there anyway to fix this, it is an annoyance but the userform runs ok.

also does anyone know how to search the help, becuause I posted a similiar problem before.
