Error Message for a large tabel?

I keep getting this message when I run my append query:

ODBC - - call failed
[NEON][SCOD32.DLL][DB2]PER-SQL STATEMENT CPU LIMIT EXCEEDED (#-906)

Is the table I'm appending to to large? I'm delting everyting in it before I run this query? Is there another way for me to pull in a bunch of data in a table?
