After downloading Colo's HTML Maker utility, every time I open Excel I get the following error notice:

Error Referencing {VBIDE=VBE6ET.OLB]

Error Number: = 91
Error Descrip: = Object variable or With block variable not set

You may have to manually set a reference to the {VBIDE=VBE6ET.OLB]

What does this mean and do I fix it?

In Excel XP:

Go to the Tools menu | Macro | Security and select the tab “Trusted Sources”. Click the check boxes “Trust all installed add-ins and Templates” and “Trust access to Visual Basic Project”. OK out.

Close and restart Excel.

Regards,

Mike

 Thank you Mike, that did the trick!
Mark this one solved!

Hi:

Ya, that did the trick for me as well,....I was just wondering by clicking the boxes mentioned, what might the impact be allowing wrongful code to find its way into your computer and causing disruption..... Are these check boxes safe guarding some events, what are the intended purposes for these check boxes?

The concern is replicating code, where you end up writing new files with additional vba procedures in them without your being aware of it.
