Error message 91

While attempting to add HTML on work computer, I get message when I open any Excel workbook says "You may have to manually set a reference to the [VBIDE=VBE6EXT.olb] I clicked on help, but do not understand how to set this reference. Please explain how I do this, (the entire path, how to) please from papadon.
