Error loading Mr. Excel Poadcast

When i try watching Mr. Excel Poadcasts i receive a weird error message (see picture)
Because of a OS error i had to reinstall all, and after i installed all + iTunes and tried subscribing to Mr. Excel Poadcasts i receive this weird message.
Before this reinstall everything was working very fine.
I have to pay for this subscription?

I've solved it.
Probably when i installed iTunes i choosed my country.
Now after changing my country from Romania to United States Mr. Excel Poadcasts are working 100%.
