Error: Can't open specified file when clicking a hyperlink formula to a location in the same workbook

I'm using the following formula:

=HYPERLINK('STW Lin Acc Upgrade'!F16,[Project Number:])

Whenever I click the cell, I get a pop-up error message reading "can't open the specified file." The thing is, I'm not linking to another file. I'm just linking to a cell in another worksheet in the same workbook. Anyone know why this is happening?

Spell Check in Excel
Press F7 to start spell check in Excel. Be careful, by default, Excel does not check Capitalized Werds (whoops)
You'd need to add # to the sheet name to specify it's within the same workbook

try

=HYPERLINK("#'STW Lin Acc Upgrade'!F16","[Project Number:]")
