error 52 & 76

I am trying to put my sheet on the board with the html maker but keep getting error 52 & 76 any ideas ?

I am trying to post my shhet on here to display my problem but cannot get the HTML to work ( error 76 & 52 ) which I cannot solve either, is there any other way to put my sheet on here or somewhere I could send it so it could be posted.

Any help appreciated

He did--and I sent him here. I've never seen the errors before and haven't used Excel/the addin in ages at this point.
