Equation and Conditional Formatting Help

Hello, I am trying to create a custom format that will allow me to display a dash when a cell is equal to 0 and also display numbers to the 0.1 decimal place.

I currently have the custom format "#,##0;-#,##0;-" set but as you can see, my values do not display a decimal place. Any help is much appreciated!
