entering time - excel does not show seconds

Hi
I entered time like this 1:30:44 am but excel only shows 1:30 am. Why is that and how can I fix that? thank you so much.

Create a chart in one keystroke
Select the data and press Alt+F1 to insert a default chart. You can change the default chart to any chart type
1:30 AM is hh:mm AM/PM. You'll need to format as hh:mm:ss AM/PM.

You can format the cells, it's in the custom menu. Or format the cells with a formula =TEXT(A1,"h:mm:ss AM/PM")

You just need to change how it's formatted.

Select your cells.
Hit CTRL-1
On the number tab, click on Custom
Under the box that says Type:
put this
h:mm:ss am/pm
Click OK.
