I have an Excel stock sheet, itemising items and quantity of each. I want to create a form that means users can scan a barcode, then enter a plus or minus figure to show that they have removed or added this amount of stock. I have created the barcodes, and they work fine, but not used forms before, so unsure how to set this up. It needs to be really simple; a box to enter the barcode in, then a box to add or delete an amount; this would then feedback to the main stock list. I can't use macros in this, as our IT department blocks them. Is there a simple answer? I have uploaded a very basic sample file!
