Thanks God I have finally recovered my password ! How nice to be back on this Board

I am new to Acces and I have the following question :

Is it possible to have a field with calculated values from another field(s) in a table without having to run a query ?

Jaafar

Regards.

I tend to agree, although if it is just a calculated field then you could perform the calculation in any form or report that is displaying the data.
