Hello everyone,

Couldnt seem to find the correct formula for what I am trying to do.
In Column O There will be a Yes or a No depending on Checkbox selection on userform. Say cell O2 is entered or changed to true then I want cell P2 to have a non changing date stamp.

here is a screen shot of Data sheet.

Thanks in advance,

Bill Williamson

Excel Facts

Lock one reference in a formula
Need 1 part of a formula to always point to the same range? use $ signs: $V$2:$Z$99 will always point to V2:Z99, even after copying
Put this in the Sheet1 code module:
Code:
Option Explicit

Private Sub Worksheet_Change(ByVal Target As Range)
    With Application
        .EnableEvents = False
        If Target.Column = 15 And Target.Row <> 1 Then Cells(Target.Row, 16).Value = Date + Time
        .EnableEvents = True
    End With
End Sub

OK I have a question. If I have a date stamp issue, but it is not related to the prior code helped with.
Do I still ask in this thread or should I start a new one?

Thanks,

Bill
