I am trying to build a calendar that auto populates from various sheets - it is to show marketing activity from different teams in one view.

Each team will have a sheet that they update which will show the name of the activity in one column and the date of the activity in the next column (this is not a prescriptive format and I can change it if needed but essentially the info available will be date and name of activity). I would like to populate a single calendar from all of the sheets with the name of activity and also depending on what team the activity came from change the colour of the cell that has populated in.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Excel Facts

Ctrl+: enters current time. Ctrl+; enters current date. Use Ctrl+: Ctrl+; Enter for current date & time.

Can you please send some sample data and how the desired result will look like?
