Hi

Is it possible to remove the prompt of "Enable Macros" on workbook open using vba and enable all macros?

Many thanks

Anthony

Wildcard in VLOOKUP
Use =VLOOKUP("Apple*" to find apple, Apple, or applesauce
its a security issue, the best you can do is set up a system to prompt users should macros not be enabled (you don't want malicious code to start running because you managed to force a protected system to bypass your security)

i.e. a visible warning that macros are off, that gets hidden if macros are enabled, and reset to display on close

You can also Digitally sign your file, and if the user sets up their computer to accept your signature, Macros will be enabled automatically for the user on that computer every time they open something signed by you.

You can also have the user lower their Macro Security level, though that is not recommended, as it could allow viruses in.

Basically, there is no way to do it automatically, which is actually a good thing. Otherwise, people could force viruses on your computer pretty easily!
