Enabling HTML on a message board. HTML Maker add-in

Hello, First post but have been lurking for quite a while using this site as a resource for work. I recently installed this HTML Maker add-in and wanted to use it on another board. However, when I asked if they could enable HTML they replied that it would leave the board vulnerable to hacks. He was more detailed with regards to how this could be done. But what ways can you avoid hackers with HTML enabled?

No idea. But not allowing HTML at all will definately help.

As for here on this board, we can specify which HTML tags are allowed.
