Enable Iterative Calculation

can someone help me with the best suitable values for "Enable Iterative Calculation".
My excel is running very slow as I've to pull a large live data for monitoring purpose.

I am not sure Enabling iterative calculation will make your workbook any faster. Generally, it's the structure that is most important, and volatile functions.
