Enable interactive calculations

I have enabled Interactive calculations in Option/Formulas. I have PW protected the Workbook and the sheet. Others use the form to input data.

The enabled Interactive calculations keeps coming unchecked or going back to what is default.

How do I stop this from happening?
 

Excel Facts

Show numbers in thousands?
Use a custom number format of #,##0,K. Each comma after the final 0 will divide the displayed number by another thousand
