Hello,
I have a worksheet that contains a pivot table with four Data Slicers. Would like to protect the sheet so users don't mess with the pivot table but still allow them to use the Data Slicers. I've seen posts stating to:
1. Right click on the data slicers
2. Go to Size and Properties
3. Uncheck the Locked checkbox
4. Click on Protect Sheet
5. Here is where I've tried a few different things.
a. Click on "Select unlocked cells" as well as "Use PivotTable & PivotChart" - in which allows the user to use the slicers but they can delete the slicers, which should happen.
b. Click on "Select unlocked cells" as well as "Autofilter" checkbox - in which I get a message stating that the Pivot table can't be selected on a protected sheet.
What are the exact checkboxes that should be selected under the Protect Sheet options? Thanks.
