Enable cells at Excel

Hi guys

I need a information if we can enable a line in excel.
I want to enable some cells, to nobody edit it.

I guess you mean disable. You will need to Lock the cells by right clicking and selecting "format cells" and in the protection tab, you lock the cell

After which you can protect the sheet with a password while allowing/disallowing users access to selecting or editing the cell
