Empty rows at top of excel spreadsheet

When clicking on the small top left hand side rectangle to copy an excel spreadsheet, when the copy is pasted to a blank excel spreadsheet several empty rows appear at the top.
How do I prevent this happening, how can I delete the automatically generated empty rows at the top of the spreadsheet ?

Tab IEEE 1584 2018 in attached file has the undesired empty rows at the top of the spreadsheet which was copied from another file.
I can not get it to repeat by copying Sheet1 and pasting to Sheet2. It was doing it yesterday !

Are These empty rows already in sheet 1 or after pasting in sheet 2 it automatically created.

The empty rows only appear in sheet 2 after pasting sheet1 ( without emtpy rows at the tip ) into sheet 2

You don't have a filter or hidden rows on the sheet to be copied do you ??

Can you share your sheet 1 in XL2BB

I suspect that you have not carefully followed the installation steps given here.
