Hi,
I found example in the forum which works with similar data, but need to extend problem little bit and not sure if it is best to add additional column for every team or there is more bright solution for this ? I am interested to see how is total per team change over quarters.
Thanks very much in advance for any help !

Neb

Excel Facts

Copy formula down without changing references
If you have =SUM(F2:F49) in F50; type Alt+' in F51 to copy =SUM(F2:F49) to F51, leaving the formula in edit mode. Change SUM to COUNT.
So, I did following:

where:

for I2: =COUNTIFS($E$2:$E$99,"<="&K3,$D$2:$D$99,$M$2,$F$2:$F$99,">="&E3)+COUNTIFS($E$2:$E$99,"<="&K3,$D$2:$D$99,$M$2,$F$2:$F$99,"")
and J2: =COUNTIFS($E$2:$E$99,"<="&K3,$D$2:$D$99,$N$2,$F$2:$F$99,">="&E3)+COUNTIFS($E$2:$E$99,"<="&K3,$D$2:$D$99,$N$2,$F$2:$F$99,"")

for any additional team I need to add additional col.
And chart looks something like this:

Does anyone have better or more elegant idea ?

Thanks,

Neb
