I've attached a copy of my spreadsheet. Basically I am new to excel, I need to find a formula which correctly retrieves all information from one sheet and populates it in the next.

The formula I currently use is:

=VLOOKUP(AQ10,PartsDownload!C14:L1452,5)
<tbody>
To retrieve the information from the "Parts Download" sheet to the "Region Information" sheet.

</tbody>
Any help is extremely appreciated!

Do you hate GETPIVOTDATA?
Prevent GETPIVOTDATA. Select inside a PivotTable. In the Analyze tab of the ribbon, open the dropown next to Options and turn it off
I do not believe you can do that with a formula.
I believe you will need a Vba Script.
I can write you a script. I will need:
1. Your Workbook will need to be Macro enabled.
2. Have you ever installed and or used a Macro script?

This will be my first time working with Macros. I am good at taking instructions and applying them. The previous person working on this has made the workbook macro enabled I believe.

So we want to make a copy of sheets "Parts Download"
And the new sheet should be named "Region Information"
Is this correct?

I'd like to add that I really appreciate the help. You have no clue how much this helps me.

Ok, to be completely specific. We need to have the items listed as (ACCESSORIES) under the (Part Type) setting on the "Parts Download" Sheet populate the (ACCESSORIES) section of the "Region Information" sheet which consists of columns: AQ & BI.

The idea is to copy the description from column (B) from "Parts Download" Sheet and have it populate the price from column (G) in "Parts Download" sheet, to Column (BI) in "Region Information" sheet.

I'm sorry. I thought you just wanted the whole sheet copied.
I need to leave this question to someone else here at Mr. Excel.
I did not want to open your linked sheet in your original post and this may be beyond my knowledge base.
