embedding SWF file in Excel

Hey everyone,

I've found plenty of info online about embedding something once you already have saved the file on your pc. This is an image I'm trying to get but am unable to save onto my pcc. There is an embed address underneath the image.
I'm not sure what to do with this as VBA or active x controls aren't a strength of mine. Can anyone help?

It's an object not a movie, by the way.
