Embed kids s/win excel.

can anybody help us how to integrate flash into excel or can i develop a kids learning software from scratch in flash and embed into the excel.
any idea.
2. which tools is better to develop the kids learning software that can be integrated into excel.

3.which tools / sw is used for developing kids learning s/w for std 1.
