Embed a CSV in and xlsm file

I'm sorry if this is a repeat, but my searches haven't found anything. I currently use a csv and Windows API to read/write options in a csv file. I would like to embed the csv file inside the xlsm and be able to access it for read and write. Does anyone know how to do this?
