Emails Data from rows to individual recipients

Hi, I hope that someone will be willing to advise and assist me. I have an excel sheet that tracks attendance data for students. I would like to run an automation that sends (preferably) the row of data to the specified student or (at the very least) the contents of the cell from column O to the recipient in that row.

I imagine the best option would be for it to open an email containing title and body in an email app to send manually.

I am running office 365, but my institution doesn't allow access to adding so I can't explore the PowerAutomate app. I have attached the sheet.

I can't seem to find any way to run this so I'm really hoping someone has a suggestion/solution.
