I have a database that works to a tee. I wanted to add a command button that sends the previewed report to a e-mail receipient. I know the basics to make the button by just selecting MAIL REPORT. The problem I'm having is the way the report is sent. I want it to look exactly as the report is displayed. I tried all the various ways to send it (rtf, html, txt, etc.), but its all askew. What way can I send it so it looks the same as it is displayed . I am using Access 2003.

Excel Facts

What is the fastest way to copy a formula?
If A2:A50000 contain data. Enter a formula in B2. Select B2. Double-click the Fill Handle and Excel will shoot the formula down to B50000.
Only two options I think. First is to Export it in "Snapshot" format. The receiver of the report will need a snapshot viewer to view it. The viewer is free from Microsoft and comes with Office, but is not normally installed by default. The other option is create a PDF file, which can be expensive, but the viewer is pretty universal.
