Hi
I am working in an organization where we need to send emails to our contact persons monthly to show our work. Our manager wants to send the email as newsletters. To be more clear, the email contents should appear when we receive emails from MSN or Makeuseof sites.

Can anyone help me to do this?

Thanks

Can a formula spear through sheets?
Use =SUM(January:December!E7) to sum E7 on all of the sheets from January through December
You can't send emails as newsletters. Presumably, your manager actually wants to send the newsletters via email. This would best be done by attaching the newsletter in PDF format to the email.

Thanks for your concern n my request. Anyway, what I am trying to do is to send emails to my contacts which should be like a webpage when they click the email in the inbox. That means to say the webpage style should be in the body of the message.

In that case, what you're describing is an HTML-formatted email. While it's certainly possible to create and send such emails, you have no control over whether the recipient will view it in that format. Because of security issues with the HTML format, many people are suspicious of such emails.

You can create HTML documents with MS Word and various other programs.
