Email Input Mask or Validation Rule

Hi there!

Does anyone know an input mask for an email address? or a validation rule that i could use, for example, a valid email address must have @ and .com or .co.uk in it? i'm pretty new to Access, so i'm not sure on how to do this? or if you can do it?
