Email from Excel running through list

Hi

Is it possible to create a macro to email from Excel which runs through a vertical list in excel and sends the email (and attachment) to each recipient one at a time....there is a list of 250 people so I need to send the same file to 250 recipients without each recipient seeing the other people on the email.
