Email errors

I know this is not excel but I need help

I have a collegue who sends me email to my MSN hotmail account

The system will not allow me to send him an email

The sytem will not allow me to REPLY to his email

The " postmaster " tells me his address is not known

He receives other emails from other people

Can you guys help ?

If you want to PM his address to me I could test if for you, and see whether it is an issue with the address, or his server or even your configuration.

I dont know how to copy or pick up the e-mail but tyhe address is :-

I would suggest you try from another email account (eg sign up for a googlemail account or a yahoo one as both are free) and see if you experience the same problem. If not, it would look like it is a problem with your hotmail address (eg your colleague's mail server may just block hotmail traffic).

PS I'm going to remove your colleague's email address from your thread as spam bots trawl the forums looking for email addresses to spam...

I had already tried anaother source but that failed too

I think I will try snail mail !

I did say PM (Personal Message) never post e-mail addresses on public\private boards. It's clearly a problem with his address or either it has been mis-spelt. If you have all ready tried from another account.
