Hello

Have what seems to be an easy pivot table question that I haven't been able to get right. Below is my data

Excel Workbook
BCD
11DivisionDataTotal
12CB_CATCount of GID437
13*Count of Completed Form2
14CIECount of GID2
15*Count of Completed Form*
16Industry AutomationCount of GID1497
17*Count of Completed Form85
18N/ACount of GID311
19*Count of Completed Form1
20TestCount of GID5
21*Count of Completed Form2
22CB_COT3Count of GID1100
23*Count of Completed Form2
24TU_DEVELOP_PRODCHECKCount of GID27
25*Count of Completed Form3
PMP-EFA Forms Completed

I am able to get the two numbers that I want to work with, but what I really need is (per distinct row header) the Count of Completed form divided by the Count of GID. So for the CB_CAT division on my example, I need to divide 2 by 437. I'm not getting this to work, though. Any suggestions?

Using Excel 2003

Thanks!
