Editing a post

It would be nice to have a minute or two in which one could edit their post before the "Last edited by T. Valko; Today at 12:12 PM." message appears.

Try as I might, I can not always see those stupid spelling/grammar/cosmetic errors before I click the reply button.

Yeah, I think that's how long you have to edit the post.

I'm talking about being able to edit for about 2 minutes and NOT getting the "Last edited by T. Valko; Today at 12:12 PM." to appear in the post.

Why is that of any concern?

Note that it was required to set it up that way to help combat Spam (I won't get into all the fine details of that, but trust me, that it is).

Try as I might, I can not always see those stupid spelling/grammar/cosmetic errors before I click the reply button.
I recommend using the "Preview" option before posting.
