Hi. We are expanding our line of products to ebay and need a way to calculate the fees in excel. My friend and I are currently stumped of what calcultion to use.

Here is an an example of our spreadsheet & fee structure. Make sure you scroll all the way to the right to get the example.

<table class="MsoNormalTable" style="" border="0" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0"><tbody><tr style=""><td style="border: medium none rgb(236, 233, 216); padding: 0in; background-color: transparent;" valign="top"><o:p></o:p>
<o:p>If anyone can help us solve this problem we'd really appreciate it!:)</o:p>

Excel Facts

Why does 9 mean SUM in SUBTOTAL?
It is because Sum is the 9th alphabetically in Average, Count, CountA, Max, Min, Product, StDev.S, StDev.P, Sum, VAR.S, VAR.P.
I'm not sure which fees you want to calculate.

This will give you the final value fee if sale price is in D2

=IF(D2="","",ROUND(D2*1.5%+MIN(D2,1000)*(3.5%-1.5%)+MIN(D2,25)*(8.75%-3.5%),2))

rounds to the nearest cent

Welcome to the Board!

I deleted your tables because they were blowing up the page. Follow this link to Colo's HTML Maker, which will let you post shots of your sheet(s).

It'll be a lot easier to get you what you need then, although I suppose Barry already has. :)
