HI Folks.....Just a regular Pool Service guy here....Looking to use Excel to maintain Route Sheets.

I want to have one sheet that has a long list of customer names, address, and other things...and be able to populate a single template when I print them out. The template will have the names, address, other fields... on the top and on the lower half...or on the "rest of the page/sheet" a standard form that the route service guy fills out at each stop....Chemical Readings...What Chemicals were put in...other info/fields he will fill out by pen/pencil when he is out in the field.

So....when I hit the "print button" the template grabs a new (the next one down) name, add, field, field, field .....places them into the correct position on the template...and prints out a new page for "each customer."

Each customer has their own page printed.

Thank you!

John
