Can you AutoAverage in Excel?
There is a drop-down next to the AutoSum symbol. Open the drop-down to choose AVERAGE, COUNT, MAX, or MIN
Hello GSBR88,

Since you are indexing off the person's name, what does the database look like where you are looking up the name? Is there a name then info below, then a second name below then info for the second name below that? I can convert the top table to the bottom table, but it is just a data conversion. I am not sure how the name fits in yet.

HI Luke,
Thank you for your reply, Its more complicated than it looks- There is a data of different users and there documents details in one page which is coded by color:eeek:. So there is form need to be filled with the same details based on color, the above is just a trail to covert data to form and here is a real file how it looks. Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Ok. So lets look at Smith57. What will the solution and colors look like when he is done? Please provide in Excel: a sample of data before and after, and a solution tab or Form for Smith 57. I am not sure what you mean by Form?
