How to change case of text in Excel?
Use =UPPER() for upper case, =LOWER() for lower case, and =PROPER() for proper case. PROPER won't capitalize second c in Mccartney
Change the field type to number.

I tried with the field type text with numbers 1-1489.

Using Between "350" and "399" worked sort of - itreturned some weird values like 36, 37 etc

When I changed the field type to number and used Between 350 and 399 it worked properly.
