Is there a faster way of Adding columns to my table?
Row 2 are the names of the "Worksheets"
Rows 4,6 & 7 are formulas that stay the same (they calculate the numbers in the respective column)
Row 5 gets extracted for the worksheet page
Rows 8-310 copy cells from their respective worksheets

I have so many worksheets to make
I was wondering if there is a way to do this easier,
maybe once I open a new worksheet and give it a name, it will automatically make a new column.
I would be way faster and less repetitive if its possible.

Thank you

Excel Facts

When they said...
When they said you are going to "Excel at life", they meant you "will be doing Excel your whole life".
I've read this multiple times and I think that I understand what you are trying to accomplish. Each Bus Line has it's own sheet? And this is the master sheet that shows specific information from the Bus Line sheets? And you have a growing fleet, or this spreadsheet hasn't been used in a while?

And you need to add columns for new Bus Lines?

And you need to add columns for new Bus Lines?
Each sheet is a different garage, where we park buses.
everynow and then we change the schedule, or we add/remaove garages depending on the season and requirements.
So I dont want to keep chnaging the main sheet, I just want to add a new column, and it will hopefuly do the rest

Are all of these sheets in the same workbook?

I don't think that it can be done in it's current setup since there are so many specific references. At least not easily.

ok thanks
In cell("C2"), it shows "Aberfoyle"
In cell("C8"), it shows "=Aberfoyle!D5"

is there a way to make a shortcut there, for example cell("c8") would be "=C2!D5" (maybe something like that)

Are you basically making them all at once or do you mean that you might make 2 today and 4 next week and 3 a month later etc?

Do you ever re-name worksheets after giving them their initial name?
