Early and late times

Hello,

I am looking for a formula to calculate how early or later a driver is starting? The one I put in only shows earlier start times and #value for later.

Assuming it's column D
Try this and revert -

=If(C2<=B2,B2-C2,C2-B2)

This worked out perfectly to give me the numbers I needed. Now I just need to figure out how to show which ones are under start time and which ones are over.

Use conditional format in Column D using formula

=$C1>$B1

Absolute value would accomplish the same thing.
=ABS(B2-C2)
