E-mailing with Publisher 2003

Hi, I hope I'm asking this question in the right place.

I've created a 2-page newsletter in Publisher 2003 which I would like to send via e-mail. When I select File --> Send E-mail, I cannot find an option that lets me send both pages in one e-mail. I can send the pages individually in 2 separate e-mails, but that's not what I want to do. Is there an option that will let me do this? I also don't want to send the publication as an attachment.
