Hi all.

I've been collecting our existing customers' e-mail addresses and storing them in excel files

I'm making one file per group of customer types or interests and I want to send e-mails to the addresses within the files as and when.

Could anybody advise a good bit of free or cheap CRM software to use to do this.

I don't really want to use Outlook because I don't want the customers replying directly to me but rather call in on the phones or reply to our general e-mail address.

We are a small family business and so would not be spending big money or a corporate product.

Probably just be me alone using it or 3 staff at most.

Thanks
