Hi

Is it possible to insert into the sheet a button called 'e-mail' that once clicked it will send the current sheet as an e-mail to a fixed address address? If so how would I be able to do this?

Thanks a lot

Jp :D :)

Excel Facts

Why does 9 mean SUM in SUBTOTAL?
It is because Sum is the 9th alphabetically in Average, Count, CountA, Max, Min, Product, StDev.S, StDev.P, Sum, VAR.S, VAR.P.
Well im sure someone here has a VBA alternative but i just prefer to use hyperlinks

You will get to state what you want the hyperlink to look like in text form ( i.e. what words you want it to say )

then you need to add the email recipients intot he box below

The title of your email in teh next box allows you to not only add the email heading but also the body of the email too.

Title of your email here&body=This is the email message text here itself

You could make a button and assign it to it but i just use the hyperlink !

Hope this helps...

do you want the sheet embedded or do you want the sheet as a file?

if you want the sheet as a file you can either

set all other sheets visible status to xlveryhidden and then use ActiveWorkbook.SendMail

or

create a new workbook - copy across values, formats etc from the sheet you wish to send and then email that.
