Dynamically update data validation cells when the source lists are changed

I have a worksheet in with numerous rows have named list data validation applied. The named lists (of which there are numerous) are several on a separate worksheet.

The data is currently all being captured in Danish, at the end of the project I am going to need to translate the data into English. My question is this: is there a way that I can simply replace the named lists with the English version on the second worksheet, so that all the relevant cells on the first sheet update automatically.... or am I going to have to manually find and replace (*which I fear could lead to human errors).

Assume that this will need vba... any help that you can offer would be much appreciated,

Thanks,
