Hello Excel Masters,

after a few days searching and puzzling, it is time to ask the masters...
It is more of a project then a single question, but maybe you can direct me to the right page for certain aspects.
I have one master sheet 'Totals', built up like:

>>>
Customer Number Name Component Model ... Billed?
CustA 1 A01 X 1QAZ Y
CustA 2 A02 Y 2WSX N
CustA 3 A03 Z 5TGB N
...
CustB 1 B01 X 2WSX N
CustB 2 B02 Z 4RFV Y
...
<<<

Only column 'Name' is unique.
I have another sheet 'Letter', and looks like this:

>>>
Dear CustA,

you still have to pay the following components.
Otherwise I will kick your ***.
Yada yada yada.

Regards,
GreenExcel

Name Component Model ...
A02 Y 2WSX
A03 Z 5TGB
>>>

Both customer name and table of not billed components ('N') are variable.
A selection of columns is needed in the letter.
I do not want to edit these fields to prevent mistakes (and customers come and go).
Furthermore I need to print these letters automatically with the right fields filled in.
Multiple sheets can be generated (automatically) if needed, or if you know a solution in Word this will do.

So the only user actions would be:
- import customer data into 'Totals'
- print the customer letters

Hope this gives enough information to point me to the right solution.

Regards,
JS
