could choosecols and FILTER work? but i dont want any data to be filtered other than the cols

Hello,

If you want to keep all rows, you should use one of the following functions, depending on if you prefer to select few columns or just remove let's say half of the original table columns.

DROP function - Microsoft Support

TAKE function - Microsoft Support

CHOOSECOLS function - Microsoft Support

You can use filter to return all rows, but only certain columns.

In that case you could simply use choosecols without FILTER
