Dynamically create chart(s)?

Hi, sorry a bit unfamiliar with terminology so searching hasn't helped, but:

I'm looking for a way to build excel charts where the # of charts is dependent on lines in the data file.

IE 5 lines are in data file : 5 charts are generated, 1000 lines in data file : 1000 charts are generated.

Can someone point me in the right direction for how to do this please?

Perhaps sparklines (on the Insert tab in the ribbon) would be of interest to you? You could add the first one, then copy it down through the end of your range.

sparklines are (almost) great for my needs, albeit a little small. + I really need the option to put a midpoint line on my bar chart (at the moment I distinguish this by changing the middle bar)
